Tucson Shrunken Bison is a natural shrunken bison that has been hand tipped.
The shrinking process gives each side a unique pebble character with larger and smaller pebbles throughout the skin.
Hand tipping is a art form where someone applies finish only to the tips of the pebbles to give a beautiful dark top and light valley in between the large pebbles.
Since it is free-roaming Bison it is likely to contain typical range marks, scratches, scars, sores, brands, and may contain dark blotches or small holes.
Due to the natural shrunken nature of this product it can not be Dry Split below 5oz
